Existing Programs
We offer a variety of pre-designed training and certification programs available to groups of 3 or more, including:
- Accommodations and Accessibility Leadership (AAL)™ Program: Create a more accessible work environment beyond legal compliance.
- Artificial and Machine Bias Prevention - Leader (AMBP-L)TM: Mitigate bias in AI and implement advanced technologies through a human-centered lens.
- Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)®: Earn a recognized industry credential demonstrating expertise in Diversity.
- Certified Diversity Executive (CDE)®: Develop the strategic leadership skills required to drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives now and in the future.
- Train-the-Trainer: Develop your internal training capacity in diversity and inclusion.
Custom Initiatives
Craft a custom initiative (for up to 25 participants) specifically tailored to your company's needs. Both options can be facilitated in-person and/or virtually.
- Readiness Workshops: Preserve the thinking behind inclusive excellence when you build upon what you're doing right. Utilize an IDC-expert faciliator to determine your tolerance level for change, identify what you can do better to demonstrate conscious inclusion, and ascertain how your leadership team should navigate through this Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) climate.
- Strategic Planning Sessions: Create or update your current plan, emergency preparedness strategy, and/or your marketing approach with a custom Strategic Planning session. You can also refine your talent management strategy to account for AI and advanced technologies.

Recognition of Achievement
- Certifications: The AMBP-L™, CDP®, and CDE® are professional credentialing programs. Individuals enrolled in these three existing programs will earn a Certification upon successful program completion. You must also maintain continuing education units.
- Certificates of Completion: The AAL, Train-the-Trainer, and all custom program cohorts are non-credentialing programs that result in a Certificate of Completion only.
