In this day and age, Diversity training is difficult. Yet, the realities of today’s tense political and social environment should not stop employees from learning or organizations from advancing their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals.
On
June 24-25, 2025, IDC will host a collaborative, interactive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Learning Lab. Ideal for individuals who need to sharpen their facilitation skills, the session provides an opportunity for you to engage with peers, while diving deeper into effective workplace training techniques.
This hands-on DEIA Train-the-Trainer session will allow you to practice facilitating interactive learning experiences. You'll also receive tips and a toolkit that you can use as a model for your own training sessions.

Who Should Attend?
Do you lead Diversity and Inclusion training workshops or facilitate unconscious bias learning session? Then this Diversity and Inclusion Training Lab is for you! It provides an intimate practice setting. You'll also discover how to equip other facilitators in your organization. Title or skill level are not as important as your willingness to learn and practice different techniques.
