Program Overview
Take a deeper dive into accommodations and accessibility. Your organization needs a leader who understands, anticipates, and responds appropriately to requests for accommodations. Your knowledge and ideas are also important for designing accessible workspaces and/or marketplaces. Additionally, you are pivotal in understanding how the complexity of intersectionality requires up-to-date strategies for inclusion. This experiential learning course takes you on a journey to explore how to go beyond compliance towards innovation, effective communication, and allyship. Also, learn how to use data to mitigate risks and measure high performance.
This immersive program includes understanding how to apply next-generation technology in a functional environment, as well as distinguishing between universal design and accessible/inclusive design best practices. Also, find out how to connect your organization’s goals to the future of accommodations and accessibility management.
