We offer a variety of pre-designed training and certification programs available to groups of 3 or more, including:
- Accommodations and Accessibility Leadership (AAL) Program: Create a more accessible work environment beyond legal compliance.
- Artificial and Machine Bias Prevention - Leader (AMBP-L)TM: Mitigate bias in AI and machine learning implementations.
- Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)®: Earn a recognized industry credential demonstrating expertise in DEIA.
- Certified Diversity Executive (CDE)®: Develop the strategic leadership skills required to drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Train-the-Trainer: Develop your internal training capacity in diversity and inclusion.
Custom Programs
Craft a training cohort specifically tailored to your company's needs. Select up to eight key competencies from the CDP® and/or CDE® Certification programs.
- CDP® Competencies: Explore areas from creating the business case, unconscious bias, talent acquisition, and measuring the impact.
- CDE® Competencies: Develop strategic leadership skills in areas like change management, mergers and acquisitions, and global inclusivity practices.

Recognition of Achievement
- Certifications: The AMBP-L™, CDP®, and CDE® are certification programs. Individuals enrolled in these three existing programs will earn a Certification upon successful program completion.
- Certificates of Completion: AAL, Train-the-Trainer, and all custom program cohorts are non-certification programs that result in a Certificate of Completion.
