COMPETENCY-BASED EDUCATION WITH BOTTOM-LINE IMPACT
OUR MISSION: EXCELLENCE
We set the bar for excellence in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion work through rigorous, professional qualification standards. The Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC)® was formed for the sole purpose of providing diversity and inclusion management preparation courses and materials; administering diversity certification exams; and designating diversity and inclusion credentials to Certified Diversity Professionals (CDP)® and Certified Diversity Executives (CDE)®.
GLOBALLY RECOGNIZED CREDENTIALS
As an affiliate of the Society for Diversity, IDC conferred its first credentials in 2011. Today, there are thousands of candidates and designees around the world. Our credentials are recognized by employers as a symbol of inclusive excellence and achievement.
